PERFORMATIVE VISITS OF EXHIBITIONS
In our performative visits we will explore other ways of seeing exhibitions by analysing social choreographies and political readings. Using elements like the voice, the body and its relationship with space, we will engage collectively with the works. We believe that in this way the rooms at CA2M can potentially become meeting places where we can negotiate the roles of the voices that teach and the silences of those who always listen. On these guided visits we will ignore the walkthrough of the single discourse and open up the space to create new imaginaries for the body: Is it possible to make our way through an exhibition in another way? What happens when our bodies look collectively and our voices meet in the exhibition room?
