PICNIC SESSIONS 2023. PALABRA CHACHACHÁ
The Picnic Society was born in London at the beginning of the 19th century, an association that met regularly in the open air and at whose gatherings each member was expected to provide part of the entertainment and refreshments without a specific host. Based on this concept, and in the manner of the Picnic Society, the Museo Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo invites several curators each year to design a programme for the Museum's terrace. Every Thursday from the end of May until the end of June.

COLLABORATION PROJECT WITH THE UAM
Together with their professors from the Department of Artistic, Plastic and Visual Education of the UAM and based on the experience of the group visits, we want to generate a working space between the university and the museum.

AN AMATEUR CHOIR 2023
An Amateur Choir is a creative project that welcomes any kind of voice which wishes to participate. Besides our own experimental sessions every second Thursday, we also have sessions with artists who work with the voice and listening.

MAKING A HOME
From the education department we like to think that we can all intervene in the construction of the world around us, so starting in January we will begin a collaborative process to imagine, design and make possible the construction of a shelter in a tree.

UNDER-21 TEAM. BE PART OF THE MUSEUM
We are looking to create a group of young people from 16 to 21 years old interested in culture, art and community life. We are calling for more young people to join our team and get a strong start - sign up to discover the team!

PROJECT FOR 0–6 YEARS
With the notebook full of new actions to put into practice we continue this course giving brilli-brilli to this research that we carry out between the area of education of the CA2M Museum together with the EnterArte collective.

ARTIST AT WORK HERE
In this school year, we will continue to investigate together through the program Aquí trabaja un artista, a program in which artists develop a project in collaboration with the school community: teachers, students and families.

LET’S GET SOAKED BY A WAVE, AAHH! 2023
This year the project will continue experimenting with the mysterious; an activity inviting us to let ourselves be carried along and discover the space of the museum, paying particular attention to minimum detail, to little things and what normally goes unnoticed.
